a " normal " relationship with my mother, ( which is every childs right ) instead of one full of hatred from her to me and my sisters, 40 odd years on, and still no relationship with her for me, my beautiful daughters and little Kayleigh, |

I understand that feeling...............I was 2 weeks away from having our eldest when mother-in-law died and was too scared to go up to sit with her and father-in-law. |

I wouldn't listen to my stepdad...I'd go sit and hold my mothers hand when she died...I was heavily pregnant and he thought it wouldn't be good for me...unfortunatly the guilt I have felt ever since has been been a whole lot worse for me than the simple act of showing my love could ever have been...xx |

On the day of my mother-in-laws funeral, I wish I had held tightly to father-in-laws hand in the funeral car......................I really wanted to, but was too shy. |

i would have liked to have got to know my dear father better, he died when i was 27 too early for me to realise how precious he was. |

It's the change ONE thing I would have a problem with. I don't think there is one big regret I would like to go back and rectify - but there are lots of little ones, hindsight is a wonderful thing, a lot of the things I would change were in my youth, so maybe should forgive my self and put it down to immaturity. |

when i was eleven i sent a nasty birthday card to a 'friend' down the road, because we had put on a play and she wouldn't let me be the lead. then when she complained made a friend lie for me. it's not that major but it always upsets me to think about it. |
