It all sounds lovely. I bet you'll look stunning on the day :-)

I got through uni without running up any extra debt. Actually came out with pretty much the same amount in the bank as I went in with...enough for me to be comfortable. I worked part-time for a year and was very sensible with my money, budgeted well and as you say, if I couldn't afford it or it would make me struggle then I didn't buy it.
