I've seen a few rats in my time (of the non-furry type and almost married one LOL)

Seriously, though, I remember one time opening my front door (I lived in a block of flats at the time) and out of the corner of my eye thought I saw my neighbours cat sitting on our communal walkway. I locked my door, turned round and came face to face with a HUGE rat!

He didn't budge a whisker, just sat there on his hind legs watching me. I was petrified! Ran to my neighbour for help as I wasn't sure what to do. She came out and to my horror said "Ohh, isn't it cute. Here Mr Ratty, come on, come on..." holding her hands out like she wanted to stroke the pesky thing!!!

I left her to it and went upstairs to get a man I knew. He was straight down with his jack russel dog. The rat soon moved then!!

Dog cornered it at the end of the balcony (at that point I rushed back indoors). The noise was horrible! (of my next door neighbour crying for poor, sweet Ratty). LOL

How can you sound so calm if I saw one I would be screaming til Christmas, I would want an army of people with guns to get it, a couple of years ago we had field mice in the caravan and I think I bought all the poison the local diy store had.

I know some people love mice and rats but NOT ME they are horrible.

Get shooting girl

My dad was outside his works having a smoke in the early hours of the morning a while back. Something was trying to nudge it's way between his legs as he leaned against the wall. Looked down and thought it was a cat. Nope. Rat.He said it was pretty big. don't think i'd have been so calm.
