I'm getting confused why would you use poo for sticking posters up...but yes chewing gum should carry a tax to pay for the clean ups and if I had my way the stuff would be banned

THE pavement of my town is covered in discarded chewing gum

our local council had bought a special machine to remove it

who should foot the bill i think the chewing gum manufacturers should

i also think people should be fined for dropping it on the floor

but what do you think
