Please could anyone find info on a Joseph Peace (often spelt Pease or Pearce) born abt 1826 in Farnley, Leeds. His parents were James and Elizabeth Peace. I remember seeing him on an 1841 census (RG9/3352 ED20) but can't find him after that. Thanks, Andy |

It is and it ties in with where other family members moved to. Other areas he may have lived in are Armley, Pudsey, Low Wortley, Holbeck. Thanks, Andy |

Cant seem to get to the 1851 census image with your reference. Give the name and year and place of birth of Joseph Peace senior and I´ll look it up again. |

oooh Andy - you dont have any Peace's from the Siuth Kirby area??? as we have several of them - starting with a George born c 1750 with a son Joseph born c 1772??? |

All my Peace's so far come from Leeds (Wortley area) though there was a slight wandering over to the coal mines in Castleford for a few years. Joseph's father was James Peace, born 1804 Wortley. Thanks x |
