Many thanks Merry I had suspected that her daughter Mary Ann Bull 1831 had married a Fitzwilliam URRY in Northwood, Cowes IOW, it looks like this Sarah maria iswould be their child. Is there any other sign of this Fitzwiliam and Mary Ann URRY? In Isle of Wight at around this time? Wade

Hi , There are a david and maria chessell listed in 1861on isle of wight (reg district cowes) but here d.o.b. is c. 1801 in 1871 there's a maria but she's married to someone called william (and they're both on 1861 census together so not her sorry) Hope this helps Caroline

Could someone tel me whether there is a Maria CHESSELL b c 1797 Lymington, Hampshire living in isle of Wight in 1861/71? I think by GGG Grandfather Charles Bull died in 1858 and there is a marriage for a Maria Bull in 1860 to a David CHESSELL with a reference to Collins which was her maiden name. If you can find them would be interested to know whather there is any family with them. Wade
