Marriage help needed please

Hello I am having a lot of difficulty finding the marriage between Charles H Baker born c1860 Jessie Baker (nee unknown) born c1861 the name were obtained from the 1881 census, please help it is driving me crazy, thanks for looking and hopefully any surgestions. kind regards Pat

Are you sure that is the 1881 census? That would make them born 1850-52, not 1860/61. Liz

Here they are in 1881. I think the freebmd marriage is very likely to be them. Charles H. Roy - RG12 is the 1891 not the 1881. Pat - given that the marriage is in Birmingham, and the names and dates fit, I'd say you've probably got a match. I'd go with it. Janice (not an expert but an optimist!)
