Ooh that was quick. Thank you. I thought that too but then I found an Esther so thought that might be it. Will carry on searching for gt aunt Henrietta then. Ta.

My Mum had an Aunt Hett, who was actually her mother's cousin. Mum always thought she was Harriet, but she was Esther. nell

I have an Esther who was on a census as Hester - I suppose then that it could get shortened to Hetty
