Good morning!

If this has been put on here before I do appologise... but for anyone that doesn't know about www.lostcousins.com it's a really good website!
Peter Calver is the founder and his newsletters are brilliant!
I've just received the latest one and I really look forward to getting them as they are always so interesting.
Have a look if you haven't already, I'm sure you won't be sorry!

This is a really good site and well worth a visit if you haven't already seen it. It's still the best genealogy newsletter I've seen with lots of good tips....

Hi Robin...I'm Welsh too :-) Glad you like the site and hope you find some of your Welsh cousins.

Hi Persephone and Huia, Isn't he cute? I found him when I was looking for a profile picture and he's called Badass Cat.....I just love him!

Lostcousins is a site based on an ingenious system and I agree that one should support it. If anyone has Scottish relatives on the 1881 census, but does not want to subscribe to ancestry.co.uk, I would be willing to look up the census reference so that those relatives can be entered at the lostcousins site.

That's really kind of you to offer Michael :-)

Kind regards,

You can buy the complete 1881 Census transcription on CD ROM from FamilySearch, and unlike the online version Scotland IS included.

I paid just £6.85 for my set (including postage) - a bargain for 18 CD ROMs!
