I am trying to research Irish relatives but after finding grandparents and greatgrand parents how do I go back when I cant find any census records beyond 1901 also coming forward from 1911 census i have grand parents and siblings but cant find the siblings apart from my sisters husbands.

There are no Irish census records before 1991, they were destroyed,

There are a few patchy bits of census surviving from 1851, 1841, 1831 and 1821 - but very little. You might be lucky - it depends on where your relatives lived.

After the 1911 census, you can't trace Irish relatives online unless perhaps by births/marriages/deaths.
