Tree on Ancestry has the parents of Sarah Selina Rhodes 1823 were Abraham Rhodes 1783 and Sarah Holdsworth.
Sarah leenar Rhodes died 1872.
No sign of Robert as yet in 1861!!

This could be them notice Grace Rhodes.

Look at other censuses to confirm Robert's birth year

If his marriage cert names anyone with surname Rhodes as his father, he was almost certainly lying

I have submitted a correction for Robert's age

So it looks as if they married just around 1849 judging by the other childs age.

Thats a big gap between the two children. I wonder if she had others but htey had died. I will have to investigate that, Was there no mention of a fathers name?
