Walter Thatcher was a butler until he married, after which he was licensee of the Cricketers Arms in Farncombe, Surrey. The story in the family is that he was butler at Rolleston Hall, Rolleston on Dove and at Sudeley castle, Winchcomb, Gloucestershire. |

Yes. It took me a while, but then I searched n Sarah Fisher and up it popped. They married in Burton on Trent in the 4th quarter of 1907, but somehow his first name was entered as Wallis. |
