	Dea...that depends on which pasta you use Fresh about 1 or 2 mins on average...but the better the dired pasta, the longer it takes to cook I would never buy 'quick cook' pasta

	I suppose it does Ginns, I have a pasta making machine but have 'never got on with it' so I do buy the dried kind, but only the best ?? Anyway, the fact remains that if you do not overcook it it can be VERY nice but if you do, it is just a horribly slimy mess!! Dea x

	Hi Ginny What you needed was a nice "Hot Toddy" Warm lemon juice, some honey and a dash of brandy. That should sooth the coughing and help you sleep Just remember it's a DASH of brandy not half a bottle. Sylvia will have breakfast ready soon, so you can have your porridge

	breakfast is here! with some golden syrup specially for Gins ..... and also the makings of my favourite soothing drink for a sore throat and cough ....... honey and lemon juice, hot water in the kettle Tea, coffee, juices (grapefruit, cranberry, orange, apple) Cereal:- CornFlakes, Muesli, AllBran, Triple-berry Oatmeal Crisp Hot Cereal:- Porridge In the warmers bacon, sausages, omelette,, grilled mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, baked beans Toast, croissant, bagels, Danish pastries Have a great day! s xxx

	Ohhh, thank you Sylvs- Did you make that omlette especially for me coz I wasn't keen on the scrambled eggs? VERY kind!! It was delicious, topped with grilled mushrooms and bacon with a couple of sausages on the side. I am now ready to face the day. Dea Xxx
