I do have poorly hands and legs and I dont wash up at all now.
It just seems a waste of water and electricity for two people. In the pub it was great unless we were really busy then we could have done with a commercial one.

Sorry for your 'poorly hands and legs' Ja...x - I can empathise. But who does all the washing up then - Do you not think it would be of help ??

HID does it all including the cooking, he does not like them either so its not just me saying it. If it was me the loading and unloading would be a problem now days.
If you are happy with one who am I to say otherwise.

Thankfully I can still do the loading and unloading so that is a 'little bit of independance' for me.

You have to go with what is right for you and HID !!

Best wishes to you and him - I mean no offence !!

OH highly amused at the comments made - says Gin - he may have had that done to him before - least ways that's what it felt like

Been to coast today to ITV ( mot) my Safari - it passed - went to craft shop to buy knickknacks for my new craftwork - painting terra-cotta roof tiles - and adding bits - saw the orange broom - and bought it -

It was on the summer terrace when he asked about the thread - have now told him that he has to pay 9.95 to know what's being posted !!!

Did you see my sisters tray on facebook

Yes I do have the longhandled dust pans -

Ideal for removing "things " the cats play with - have more tail less geekos in the garden - poor little things - they brought down a small snake when sister here - she freaked a bit - I just shush into to the dustpan with a broom and put onto land beside me -

Dea.
No space for a dishwasher in my kitchen, lucky to get a washing machine in and a fridgefreezer.
Any way my dishwasher is the same model as Ja...xs,so I wont be spending out on a new model anytime soon.

About Renes new broom
Does it have one of those long handled shovel things with it ?? - They are very good and it is difficult to get them over here?

We have no probs getting them here in Wales, from £1 shop ones to supermarket to industrial type ones for animal offerings.

jax

jax Report 11 Oct 2010 18:39

Well there is still electricity used, this kitchen has room for one but the space is used by the cats litter tray, which is much more important.

When you have all quite finished muttering about dishwashers............may I have your attention Fans?

From my vast store of experience (hahaha), I would say that the lady has taken up the hobby again and clicked on your name (did you ever send her a pm so that you are in her contact list?) She has then clicked on one of the standard replies supplied by GR (they are on the left when you are sending a pm).

I get quite a few of these from people I have contacted months ago and tend to ignore them to be honest. I think they are just clicking on anything because they are not sure what they are doing. I haven't always got the time to go through everything with all those who are lost on this site.

We have just washed up.....by hand - together - so romantic....lol I can't fit a dishwasher in my kitchen either. Could have had a dance in my last kitchen....hey ho.

Edit...just for you I will send her one of my messages!! sigh
