Geoffrey

The VALID advice I gave was to help you to try to make contact - NOT to look at trees!!!!!!

Geoffrey is partly correct.

Once contact has been made as Erika suggests the other person has to grant permission first Geoffrey to see the tree. A simple matter of them clicking the right option.

No, you don’t need permission to SEARCH. There is a button at the top right of this board, Click on it and select ‘search all member trees’. Put in the name and then click on ‘find out more’ and send a message.

Thank you for the advice/info, Erika

The only info I have on Ruth Is what Stephanie told me about her in '71

As for 'member trees' I really wouldn't have a clue where to start Ha Ha Doesn't one need to get written permission or something?

Perhaps I should tell you that Karen, Stephanie's Best Friend, died recently and this has prompted me to try and let Stephanie know as none of us are getting any younger. In fact a lot of my old friends & neighbours have sadly 'moved on up' (Thank you, Curtis Mayfield - Great Song by the way!) during the last four or five years. Coincidence? I think not, despite my age! You might have noticed there's quite a few youngsters dying 'suddenly' as well

Anyway, Thanks again & stay Human, won't you - we already have more than enough robots

Best Wishes,

Geoffrey

You need to follow oft-given advice to look in ‘search all member trees’

Stephanie is in TWO, at least

The 1954 birth is on freebmd

Ruth is no longer a member of GR and cannot be contacted through this site.

ADDED
You were given info about Ruth not being a member when you posted a thread of your own in 2020

https://www.genesreunited.co.uk/boards/board/living_relatives/thread/1382045

You stated on that thread that Stephanie and Ruth are sisters. No records online to support that idea. Have you done any research?

Try looking yourself at the Electoral Roll - either on here or on FMP

Firstly, do some research to try to discover when or if she married, and if so, to whom

I would also love to contact Stephanie and/or Ruth

My name is Geoffrey Heys and Stephanie and I lived together starting in 1971 for seven years until I blew it

Ruth, Stephanie used to mention you frequently. I can still remember when she said that you used to call flies 'dodges' which we both thought was very amusing and witty - and I still do Ha Ha

Anyway, I'm digressing as usual, but if you have managed to regain contact with her could you tell her that I send her, and of course your Good Self as well, my Very Best Wishes and I trust you are both keeping Well and Happy

All The Best,

Yours Sincerely,

Geoffrey Heys
