	Trying to find my half brother, Reginald Isaac Rounsley. Reginald was born in Alexandria, Egypt on 16th December 1946. Has anyone any idea how I can access information from Alexandria? Having very little information, apart from parents' names, hospital of birth and date I have very little to go on ....
